I’ve seen Fantastic Cat twice now. They have a good time and put on an entertaining show - everybody changing instruments on each verse of “Band on the Run” is kinda fun - but I don’t see them as extraordinary musicians. And they still don’t have a drummer (you’ll get the reference if you’ve seen them live).
Had lunch with D’Amato and Dunne last fall. Boy, do they hate Spotify

Man I never heard of Saoirse Ronan but she is something.
TBS I didnt mean to imply that I think Fantastic Cat are extraordinary musicians (like for instance Andrew Bird), but I think we would agree that they write good songs, they play them well, and theyre fun to see. Even if they cant play the drums worth a damn.
