    1st run after skinning up

Always turns into a gong show. After the skin up and using different muscle groups the first run or portion of always results in some poor form, shitty tracks and general mockery from the touring partners. Any one experience this and do you have any tips, stretching suggestions?

Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Nah, if I go 'shitshow' it's all-day long. yesterday I lost two ski pole baskets and fogged up two pairs of googles.

Usually my first skin is slower than my second because once I get a taste for ze pow, I'm amped and can't wait to get back for more.

Hydrate, and eat something before you head down.

And make sure those boots are in ski mode.
Move upside and let the man go through...
