Good shape, couple nicks on the corners of the body, I believe about 15k clicks. Never used the hot shoe. Have a charger and a few batteries to include. $300?

Damn, someone jump on this. $300 for a 40D is a killer deal for a highly-competent camera.
What are you replacing it with?

Pretty set on ski gear. Looking to get a video-capable body, I think. Or maybe just a camcorder. I like the idea of carrying a camcorder better, but i know as soon as i get rid of it I'll miss having a DSLR.
