Well, I will be outta Bellingham for awhile if I don't get a teaching job I interviewed for. The final decision will come this week. If I get it, I stay. If not, it's back to Summit County, CO for the rest of the winter.

Very excited either way... of course the best thing that could happen would be getting the job, then having it snow, but the chance of that is uh, well, pretty small.

edit - almost forgot the main reason I posted this. If I decide to return, any PNW minions want a one way ride to SLC or CO?

Yep, I'm blaming Funken for the lack of snow up here this winter- that first devasting tropical punch let loose the week after Boulder's December graduation - ahh, December 16 to be exact

Either way, man- good luck with the job and all. You've definitely weathered out a serious deal of 'worst weather in 40 years' stuff up here. I don't get it. Trying winter for all of us in PNW this year (with 1 or 2 gimmes thrown in between). Rotten luck, I guess. At least if you can get some, get out while ya can.

But if you stick around CO too long, whenever winter decides to return the 650" of average year Baker loving good to the NW, we'll make sure to take lots o pics (in 2006, that is)

Yes! Get on back here... most of my other E. Vail partners are broken, out for the season, or really lazy. I do hope you get the job as that would be ideal... but your skiing is already paid for here so just pack up.
Might even have to fix the snowmobiles now... time consuming pieces of shit. Make it known when you set foot back in town. Good luck.
