Pretty sure I have all the necassary tools. I know there are certain jigs to use depending on the brand of the binding and all that and I think I have the right ones, but I'm not sure if there's more to it.

its easy. i'm a douchewad and i can do it. the hardest part is adjusting your bindings. if you are familier with that, the rest is just drilling holes in the right place and using a screwdriver.
use some wood glue on the screw.
use a tap if you have any metal in the ski.
