Except if MrNohills & I make the trek to Mammoth. This is exactly why I'm hesitating.

Tuffy, thanks but.... can't do the stinking poo thing.
I like Duct's - it's straightforward and funny and easy to print.
    Other votes?

We have a great sticker (tuffy's) and (I think) a great drinking pass (Duct's) - who's doing the printing?

Don't hesitate, just go. I mean, c'mon, there's a crapload of snow and everyone there is good peops. Well, except maybe that tuffy guy, he's pretty much just an asshole.

Seriously - who has the sticker printing connection?
And the drinking pass -- everyone could print that out at home and bring it. Laminate it if you want at your local kinkos. Let's just decide which one to use.

The company that did the EC Mini stickers treated us well and the cost was reasonable I believe. I'd be willing to look into it and get 'er done.

Like CS said above. I barely know most of these clowns going, but I do know one thing- It's gonna be a ton of fun with so many people going.
Plus, somebody needs to represent the Great Plains States

Sounds good to me. If there's skiing to be had, I'm quite capable of moderating my consumption.

Anyone going to be sticking around for touring Monday, Tuesday or beyond?

I mentioned it to MrNohills and his response was "Drive 3 hours?"

Anybody have accomodations suggestions for people who are currently homeless? For the summit I mean.

My offer for driving Bay Area types still stands. No stickers or laminates required.

Mammoth is more than worth the effort. Many people make a much longer drive to ski Mammoth for good reason.

I'm heading up with a buddy that's pretty bad... he'd certainly hold y'all up, if anything.

I say, head out, meet us all, and see what it's really like. Hesitate only after you find out first hand that you don't have fun with us!

Mammoth's pretty good for a variety of abilities in that there's almost always an easy way down in close proximity to the tougher stuff. Therefore, it's pretty easy to meet up with the not-so-good skiers at the a chairlift. If you can get down a groomed, single black diamond, then you can ride any lift and get to the same places that the rest of the crew is heading to.

Also, you gotta remember that this is spring skiing. It's a different mentality... It's much more of a party atmosphere then your typical mid-winter powder day. I think you're worrying too much!

We can get down single black diamonds in MI.

I've got space in my car for one or two leaving L.A. Thrusday morning, coming back Monday morning. If anyone is interested in splitting gas either up, back, or both, PM me.

I'm too lazy to read through 9 pages of tuffy and yoga flirting, and I'm too poor to spend a ton of money on lodging. So what's the scoop? Is there a condo I can get in on? Is someone looking to split a Motel 6 room?

(I figure I can be all demanding like this, since I organized the condo for the first annual Maggot Mini way back 2003.)
