I like the skier profile, but the boarder one isn't quite up to snuff.Originally Posted by TheDingleberry

Its not that I suck at spelling, its that I just don't care
Hey J - I guess you'll have to get a ride with Telenater now (if he's driving...). Lego and I are going to camp out in the back of his truck because A) I'm poor now and B) well, it gives us privacy, and I like being a dirty camp girl anyway.Originally Posted by Ubersheist
Hey and isn't that guy frerad a Sac maggot? No one's ever met him........maybe he's going to the mini?
Another option - I drive my honda down there and you and nater can get rides with me, and we all bring tents and camp out. This is all yet to be determined.....
Who likes the idea of maggotizing a campsite? Should be pretty nice to sleep out that time of year. I think I know of a few spots that could be sweet.
So is it gonna be Thursday thru Sunday? Those are exactly the days I work.. If anyone arrives two days early or leaves a day (or so) late I'd be stoked to ski a backcountry peak with a Maggot or two. If you're up for an early start and lots of vert.
What's with all this stankin', hippy, campin' stuff? Why don't ya'll just sack up a few and go fractions on a condo, L.A. style?
If I'm able to make it, I'll probably be campin as well.........
I like cows. Cow are cool.
Frehies -- Just cleaned out my PM box...sorry 'bout that.

Divegirl - I don't think that dude Frerad has posted even once this season. He's drifted away...
I may get a non-maggot or two to go - a co-worker or possibly a gaper skiing nephyte friend out from the bay area. I dunno. No one's committed yet.
I dug the camping part, and had a blast doing it. My only concern is if some weather moves in...
Ty - didn't you just post that you're going to watch the Kirkwood Comps? Isn't that the same weekend as the Mammoth Mini weekend?
Mammoth Mini and Kirkwood IFSA comp are a month apart.Originally Posted by Ubersheist

I don't have a better one, but I think that one would be better if it was all white.Originally Posted by TheDingleberry
Another question: how's the drive from Reno to Mammoth? Is it doable in three hours? Less?
Lessee - I'd say it's pretty doable, but only if you don't stop for nuthin', and you drive your car like it was stolen. It's 160-170 miles of driving with only minor amounts of curvy driving. A more realistic time would be 3 1/2 or more with a stop included.Originally Posted by The AD
we're making stickers?
if so, i'm submitting, i'll be damned if a non mammoth person designs it.
fine
sounds good to me. you do it.Originally Posted by tuffy109

I'd say if your not towing a trailer you can do it in 3 hrs. We did it in 2.5 to Sonora pass last week, w/ a camper and 2 sleds on the trailer, read 55mph or so in CA. Tank up in Carson City, its cheaper. It's only 3 hrs, how often do you really need to stop to pee?Originally Posted by The AD

I have mastered all major sporting activities to a high degree of mediocrity.
Sweet mammoth with the maggots, I'll be there!
