    Props to head monsters

Just figured I would put some goodish news in here about head monsters. Today I was maching turns in knee deep pow just outside the keystone boundry. well I hit numerous rocks all of a sudden at around 40 mph. The way it felt I thought my skis would be done, as I have blown up many many pairs of skis. Well long story short, 10 plus square inches of core shots, some dirrectly on edge. Came out with two smushed side walls, would have completely blown on any other ski, and a compressed edge. Put it this way, I ripped some of the tabs that hold the edges in complete out of the ski, and more of less the ski held together. Shop guy said head really has there top sheet carbon fiber stuff down and that is what held the ski together.

Monster 85's. Have done some shit to my 103's and they seem to hold up as well, but nothing near as hard as I just did to my 85's. Damn mudslide area!!!!!!
