So a co-worker who's been sick the last four days, comes up to me and says, "you got me sick, I got what you had". Fuck that, I see her maybe two times a day for mere seconds and everyone in our office is a walking germ factory. When I was sick it was for only two days with a head cold over a week ago, whereas she's had the flu for the last four. You prove to me that I was somehow responsible for your illness and I'll respond with something other than.....

You should of said very politely and sarcastically, "Oh, I'm so sorry. I'll tell you what, if you can prove that I got you sick, I'll be more than happy to pay for your medical bills and work missed. Does that sound like a fair offer?"

What's worse is that I was faking a sickness in anticipation of a powder day back in December.

When I realized the snowlevel was 10,000 feet we canned our plan. Coincidentally, 4 people in my department really got sick, and all bitched that it was my fault.

On a positive side, Lumbergh raised the issue at a staff meeting and urged sick people to stay home. Nowadays, when I as much as cough, I get yelled at to get the fuck out of the office This paves the way for instant powder-weekdays.
