Panoramic Greeting Cards & Display Racks

Hoping you guys can answer two questions for me. Google has turned up nothing.

1. How do I make panoramic greeting cards out of my images? I want cards that have something images with something like a 2:1 or a 3:1 ratio, folded in half. Exactly like a normal greeting card but with a panoramic image and w/out tons of white space from putting a 2:1 or 3:1 image on a 2:3 ratio card. Can't find this anywhere online. I can find people selling them but no way of making them.

2. Anyone know of a cheap source for a greeting card display rack? All the ones I can find online are $60+ which is crazy. Spinner would be nice but not required. I'm looking around for a store going out of business nearby but I think the time for that would be last fall.

Any help would be much appreciated.

No one? Maybe I'll just directly email one of the guys who sells them and ask where they get them made.

Have you tried http://www.vistaprint.com/

they have a ton of products that you can custom print which is what I think you are looking for. A little expensive however I have had them make 4x6 greeting cards and they turned out fantastic.
