I've been, but I don't surf, so I can't help you there. I do know it's one of the most popular surf spots in Europe though. Do yourself a huge favor and drive 45 mins across the border to San Sebastian to party at night, and check out a few topless girls on the beach there. One of my favorite places in all of Europe.

I'm flying into San Sebastian on the 26th to go visit my sis who lives in Biarritz. Can't wait! Post up some pics.
