The Straits is a very, very nice (hard) course.
Got beaten down on the back 9 but loved every bit of it.

I'd easily be -4 on that hole.

Straits is a very nice course. A bit overrated and misrepresented as a links course imo. Hope you get to play The River. My fave at at that resort. I thought The Irish was the most difficult.

Wouldn't be surprised if you turned up over weekend to watch the open at Pebble...

    Fore! Who's playing golf, yo-

Rain, thunder and lightening rolled in.
Barely finished Meadow Valleys and couldn’t start the River.
Unfortunate but on to the next one.

    And yes.
Meadow Valleys was a very nice course.

Came back from “Tour de Wisconsin”.
Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, The Lido, The Straits, The Irish, The Baths, Meadow Valleys, Erin Hills and
    Lac La Belle.
I’ll post some pics and vids soon.

sounds like an awesome trip right there, look forward to the pics! really need to make it to sand valley, that place looks awesome. grew up in wisconsin and there is a lot of great golf in that state but of those have only playes the straits and meadow valleys.

had a hole in one last week at keystone ranch on hole 14. dunked it straight in on the fly.

My game getting back on track. 77 today with no birdies and hit a lot of terrible shots. With my twilight membership I grab a cart at 5:30 and play 18 in two hours. I can walk in three but too hot this week.

My biggest problem is just a weak old body. Hard to practice and play without fatigue affecting my scoring. Click image for larger version.

found my iron swing...finally. 6 iron back in the bag and I ordered a 5 iron. Now I will figure out the gap between 5 iron and my 27 hybrid.

Eventually I will experiment with custom length hybrids.

Played 27 yesterday with three birdies. Had an eagle on 18 a couple days ago for 74; my best score in a long while. Still plan on playing from 5800 yards till I shoot par. Stupid play and poor putting are costing me 3-4 a round.

Thank you everyone and thank you 4matic!!!
You guys guidance and support mean a lot to me!!

    For Wisconsin…

I just got back from Korea and I have a goldfish memory.

I’ll do my best to gather my experiences but I have to say for now my favorite was Erin Hills.

I promise it’s coming up soon!
