I don't think an appeal will be sucessful. Every court in the land has told him he's a religious bigotted arsehole.

ohhh don't misunderstand me. He's just like George Wallace and he'll be running for some other office here soon. Probably sucessfully. At least he won't be bringing his brand of idiocy to the SCOA for a while.
