    I don't think an appeal will be sucessful. Every court in the land has told him he's a religious bigotted arsehole. Sometimes it just all works out for the best.

    Maybe not. Moore is very ambitious politically. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in the Senate or the governor's mansion the next go around.

    ohhh don't misunderstand me. He's just like George Wallace and he'll be running for some other office here soon. Probably sucessfully. At least he won't be bringing his brand of idiocy to the SCOA for a while.

    True LB. However, it bothers me that this country moves closer to being a theocracy when folks elect a yahoo like Moore to a public position.
