Lets face it, if they put a skiing slopestyle on it would probably own the snowboarding slopestyle. They can't have that happen. Whatever, we still have our superpipe which began to get recognition last year for it's ownage factor.

The X games are starting to suck. When a summer event gets far more coverage then any of the winter sports, something is wrong. Freestyle MotoCross should not be a part of the Winter X games.

I watched about 15 minutes of the women's snowboard slopestyle and gotta say it damn near bored me silly.

Yes, Winter MotoX is the stupidest thing I've ever seen on TV. Even the riders know it sucks. Women's halfpipe = Women's basketball... sorry, just not that great.

I haven't looked at the Skier-X, but the ones I have watched have better commentary than broadcast, more coverage, and no commercials. Quality isn't the best, but easily watchable in full screen.

Use a streaming video ripper to save it to your hard drive for later viewing.

I caught the end of snowboard slopestyle yesterday and had to put it on mute. I can't stand the comentary. They all sound the same. They announciate the same, emphasize the same, and time their words the same. I wish they'd put a normal person in the booth instead of Mr. Sick-Brah. I like to hear the names of the tricks. I like to hear some background and history of the competetors. I do not like to hear "OOOOOH THAT WAS SOOOO....SOOOO SICK!" Jesus, put Dan Patrick in there for Christ's sake.

it's pretty funny that they don't put up any sort of netting for the races. that skiercross dude that flew into the trees was pretty lucky he 1) didn't hit a birch 2) didn't get decapitated by all those tv cables.

regarding akpm - maybe we can set up a user ratings system that, if you have a low enough score, have a limit to the number of times you can post in a week.

Learn to use Google well to search for what you are looking for, it helped this internet jong learn my way around and find the answers I am looking for. Im a forester who happened to land a job doing sales for field computers for forestry and others stuff. I learned along the way, I suggest you do too.

Keep up the stoke and try to gain a better attitude about yourself. It is hard during your time of life, I had a hard time at your age. Be positive, keep your chin up and roll with life, work hard at what your passions are and share your experiences (not to Crinkle though

). Put each TR in the proper room. Yes, this page gets the traffic, but others like to see your fishing passion, so choose wisely and lessen some picking on you. Crinkle has picked on you a lot, I know Crinkle well and he is welcome in my house ANY time, he is a good man. I think we (including Crinkle, as I have seen his advice to you too) all just want to see you take the passion you have and turn it into something positive. YOu have the time, you have the passion, you simply need to continue and practice. Keep up the photo work, it takes practice, I'm learning too.

Others pick on you enough, no need to pick on yourself! Got it! Now go ski, get some fresh air and take your camera! Or something of your choice. But have a good time.

I really thought at that speed he was going to take an aspen branch internally. Glad he walked out. Bad saftey as far as netting for sure and all them cable like Tuffy metioned.

Regarding AKPM, I think we all need lay off him a bit. See my other post. Encourage him, not bash him. He has been through plent of initaition. It just brings the board down. IMHO.

Huh? They just showed a single run from the women's comp, men's was yesterday and ESPN has yet to re-run it.
I think they started with the women's semis, too, so that means a max of three runs.
