El Nino: Spanish meteorlogical term for NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.
According to this national weather service article:
this year is a weak el nino year. The unusual west coast weather is driven by something called the Madden-Julian Oscillation or MJO.

actually, it is the tsunamis.at least that is what a guy told me down in Costa Rica, trying to explain the unusually wet weather for their dry season.
