    Iron & Wine

Just learned about these guys (or guy?) after hearing them on a soundtrack to the movie In Good Company. Been listening to a couple of their songs on their website, and I'm pretty much ready to go out and buy everything they've made. good, slow, melancholic stuff. Perfect for a Tahoe roadtrip!

Let me clarify. This is the kind of stuff I like to listen to as I drop out of urban hell into the pines of the Sierra. Sun has set by then, I'm getting pretty stoked to see my bro, Sophie's sacked out in the back. the stress of my life has disappeared.....I'm ready to get into deep thought and go on autopilot.

That kind of roadtrip. And for that - this music is PERFECT.

and speaking of roadtrips - when you finally gonna get yer Idaho ass back out to Cali?

Iron & White very good. I really dig "Our Endless Numbered Days."
