"Yesterday I went to Cooke City to investigate a slide on Sheep Mountain that injured a snowmobiler on Saturday. The avalanche was triggered below 4 riders as they punched up the hill. They were unaware that they triggered the steeper, bottom half of the slope. When they turned around and headed back down they launched over the crown, 7 feet deep in spots, and took a very nasty ride through the rocks. One person was seriously injured."
