Not finished with the book yet, but I'm diggin' it. I like it better than his more famous novel, Black Hawk Down.

Great book. It's really fascinating to see how things were (not) working in Colombia. I almost finished the book, but then I left it on an airplane... Now I should make sure to buy it again.
