Sweden, eh?
I say go for it if you get the chance! If nothing else, it's a good opportunity to study the local "wildlife"
Visiting the archipelago outside of Stockholm is a must! If you want to combine the visit with studying of / participating in hard core partying, take a boat to for example Möja on June 24th (midsummer fest).
The archipelago on the west coast is also well worth a visit...
Regarding mountains, Norway got the better part of them That being said, there is definitely some good skiing - my favorite place is Riksgränsen, which has great terrain - both lift served and hike/skin. If the weather is good, that is - the weather can be seriously crappy there (they get the most precipitation in Sweden...). The lifts usually close at the end of June.
Ski touring in Narviksfjällen, on the Norwegian side of Riksgränsen, is another favorite.
I can give you some more info the next time we go skiing... (price: 1 B5 )
