24 hrs till I'm in slc

And It's not going to snow. At least thats what the forecast looks like for the weekend. But it will be on the warmer side. Which, I guess, if it's not going to snow, At least it won't be bitter cold with no snow.

I think I'll be at the bird. But who really knows anything?
I stick out like a sore thumb. I have a yellow jacket, an orange and white knit cap that says "TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS" on it and, I'm missing a front tooth. I removed the tooth so that my face matched the hat. Good thinking huh?

Anyways, say hi if you see me. I'll likely be located somewhere on the side of a slope complaining about how badly my legs burn.

Two Words: THE BEACH - grab a 6pack from Gritt's about 2:30/3pm on a warm & sunny day and have one of the 'Bird locals point you in the right direction. It's sort of at the top of skier's left to entrance of Lone Pine (not on the map) which is one chute skier's far left of Mach Schnell (on the map) toward Wilbere Bowl.

If you can find it- one of the best views around and good company (until the patrol kicks you out around 5pm)

ROCKY TOP, TENNESSEE! (my old roommate was from Knoxvegas!)

A-wreck, when we went to Snowbird back in Dec there was no snow falling either...but conditions were still great! Snowbasin not so good, but the Bird was very good.

I found that the bowls in Mineral basin area had some silky soft snow in them. Also, somebody told us Black Forest was still great though I did not venture there being a lousy tree skier.

Hope you get some very blue-bird days. You will find LOTS of great stuff no matter what. Post pics and TR and enjoy!!
