Try a little cayenne pepper powder in the sock. It improves circulation and brings blood to the surface of the skin. Ghetto, but what else seasons while it warms. Add salt, garlic, and pepper for a nice dry rub.

    Ty,
Hey, as mentioned....don't diss your body, do the easy thing....make some time and go see medical people. As freshie247 said, you can't get new toes.....at least not yet!

shadow , I agree...am picking up those Hotronics this week..guess it's about time. I've also done the gradual blow-out of a few areas, and with a Technica liner the circulation is back! . Still going for those Hotronics though, here in NewEngland good snow = cold temps.

    a little update:

The hotronics didnt come in time for my trip up to placid. fortunately, i tore my ACL early enough in the trip that no additional frostbite damage was sustained.

    funny how that works

If anyone would like to purchase my hotronics for a reduced price, talk to me. i probably wont be needing them for a while.

I'd suggest this as well, but in my experience (with extremely poor circulation) its effects for me are minimal. I have the custom therm-ic heaters, with customs insoles and custom fit liners, thin smartwool socks, etc., etc. I still experience white frozen spots across my toes a couple hours after heading out I also tried anti-perspirant, which may also help a wee bit, doubtful tho, my feet froze two weekends ago at temperatures over 30 degrees
