Yes, we don’t often get 2 feet overnight in New England… The Kid learned to keep ‘em pointed downhill pretty quickly.

With all this new snow in a Utah, it was about half a 10 y.o. deep on the down. First good tour with him; pumped for more this winter. He was passing adults on the up. So fun!

Anyone have thoughts or an idea on powder skis for a 48" tall kid?

I like the mini bent chetlers, but they are 52" long. Having trouble finding something shorter then 133cm in a 90mm waist.

    EDIT:

Any thoughts on the QST blanks in 128cm?

Lastly, why can I not find somewhere that sells kids demo bindings?

Even tracking down a regular kids binding that will fit Type C boots and has a wide brake is a PITA.

Loved ripping around Sugarbush w my daughter last week. She’s my favorite ski partner by far, amazing how fast these kids progress if motivated.

Does that work with a Type C boot or did you find a 21.5 in Type A? Adapters for type c or out of the box? Thanks!

She’s got Lange and Head kids boots and works out of the box. It’s Markers standard kids binding and brakes works with 90mm skis

We are in French fry on main run territory! She’s still wary of the high speed chairlifts, and today at Marmot they keep tripping the chair clamp sensor while we were on it. Multiple e-stops on your first express is enough to make anybody nauseous.Click image for larger version.
