I'm calling fake...or at least altered.
Look at the link in the original post and find the pic showing part of the driver's seat. The blood is coating the headrest and seat where the driver's body should have been covering the seat. Something seems off to me.[This Space For Rent]

The deer would have passed completely through the car for blood, guts, and hair to be splattered that way. It would have also had to patch the windshield back up after it passed through it. There's blood all over the rear passenger seat which should be shielded by the drivers seat. There's also blood all over the rear seat headrests and the trunk cargo cover.
Wait, maybe the deer exploded inside the car. That might make sense."I smell varmint puntang."
