so here's the deal, I'm 15 bein skiin 11 years i love on the east coast and do annual trips out west. I'm a very aggressive skier taht will ski anything anywhere. I love the bumps, trees, and powder. I'm about 145 and 5'11'

I'm lookin to buy skis at the end of the season and some1 suggested the Rossignol Scratch BC's. Any opinions? Will they b too wide for me in the moguls and on the groomers we have on the east coast?

    Red face

guys whats up with all the sarcasm and shit? Sorry I didn't type how everyone would like me and I'm sorry from now on I will but no need for all of this. I asked for opinions and all I got was reticule(sp?) on how I typed and sarcastic comments about how I should get skis with robots on them? Whats up with that - - not cool. I figured fellow skiers would help me out here. And sorry if anyone misinterpurted "... I'l ski anything anywhere" I didn't literally mean that so sorry for the confusion. What I should have said was I will ski mostly anything.

Ever wonder where the word shit comes from? Well here it is. Certain types of manure used to be transported (as everything was years ago) by ship. In dry form it weighed a lot less than when wet, but once water (at sea) hit it, it not only became heavier, but the process of fermentation began again, of which a by-product is methane gas. As the stuff was stored below decks in bundles you can see what could (and did) happen. Methane began to build up below decks and the first time someone came below at night with a lantern, BOOOOM! Several ships were destroyed in this manner before it was discovered what was happening. After that, the bundles of manure were always stamped with the term "S.H.I.T" on them which meant to the sailors to "Ship High In Transit." In other words, high enough off the lower decks so that any water that came into the hold would not touch this volatile cargo and start the production of methane.

Lolz I no how da kid feelz cuz i like use 2 b lik dat exacly lolz.

The scratch's aren't bad, dude. Pretty solid for a fat twin. The Karmas are similar (and almost as heavy if not heavier), so if you like the idea you may want to try those as well. I ended up with a Pocket Rocket because that's what Powmag gave me, and they are a little too soft but still nice, very finessable. And all this from a JONG like yourself who lives in Louisiana (for another 8 months ).

    And tech talk. ...beeyatch.

i know a few that ski on the east coast with the BC. They tell me the love them.
I have only skied them out west. Really descent ski. It all depends on what you want in a ski. But they do handle the groomed runs well.
