That's funny! I was skiing Telluride, tele skiers everywhere and not one of
    them were making tele turns.

Yeah, it helps. Every so often I can uncork one...as long as there's a camera around!

The funny thing is that even though I was trying very hard to make a tele turn in the Patagucci shot (it was a wierd contrived little jump-turn chute entrance w/very deep snow), the caption claims I'm bringing "alpine style" to LCC. What's the point? That's it, I'm not trying anymore.

    slut

Those people at Patagucci apparantly haven't got the slightest clue as to how a tele turn should be executed Nottrailing a dead useless leg 4 feet behind your lead foot doesn't make it alpine, just GOOD.

I was there. I'll attest to this being a tele turn. (...and I won't mention that it might have been the only one he made the entire run).

Good on you. Maybe finally Patagucci will pony up and give you the deal you deserve (and I will be able to keep my green pants to myself ).

You're right, it was probably the only tele TURN I made that day. Down lower I did make a bunch of lead changes but never actually changed direction from straight down the fall line.

No matter what happens I still want some green pants. I can use them when I'm skiing the Tablas for super ultra unstoppable radness, not to mention R&D.

It all makes sense now. That must've been when I was dreaming of your sister.

Between the last two posts and hardrider and kush's tales of naked drunkeness, I am now thoroughly revolted by you degenerates. I'm never hanging out with you guys again.

Most likely it's used to be a whale, before someone cut/blew it up for inspection/research or something.
