JUST PUT IN THE TWO WEEKS

I have resigned from one of my many responsibilities at the local hill due to issues of mismanagement and overall negligence on the part of higher ups. This action has brought the other areas of responsibility into discussion. Will I still be able to properly manage these departments after having expressed my opinions to management with out adverse feelings toward other managers and higher ups?

Mr. Sellers may have convinced me to move south to SLC and enjoy some snow especially since we don’t have any up north. His nonstop comments and the str8 line maggot camp may have been enough, because I have been checking online for jobs and housing in the area for fun (now a little more serious).

I still have a few angles to figure out at the home resort but I am open to suggestions and job offers to pull me to an area that my ski industry career can gain some steam let me know. Otherwise I’m going to sit back and enjoy the Mt politics from a distance.

Good luck Mang. Petty Politics suck. Take the high road and things will work out for you either way. You got mad skilz and are a free agent, so don't put up with incompetence and finger pointing.

And though I don't know the particulars, I will say that I think you are likely worth more than you are ever going to get out of that place. IMHO from an outside observation point, yes it's going somewhere, but when it does that nice corporate feel isn't going to be so hot.
