    I need a schrader valve

We're experimenting with some stuff at the shop and I need a valve like the boost valve on a DHX Air 5. Anybody know where to get one? Fox is absolutely no help, they say that you can't get them. Thread pitch is 8x1 I think.

Only after you wait on hold for 20 minutes. I dread having to call them - their shocks and forks are amazing. Their shop support blows, at least in my experience.

Kid - Nah not that one, that's the one that's easily available. The male end on the boost valve is smaller. Ya know, the air valve in the piggyback chamber on the dhx air.

Well the schrader valve part is obviously the same, because your shock pump fits it. You calling the 'male' part the one that inserts into the shock body?

I don't think I've even seen one removed so I wouldn't know what to look for.

Yeah the end in the shock. It should be a smaller OD and different thread pitch.

If you know the size and thread pitch, I can't imagine they're that hard to find. There's no way fox would go out of their way to spec something unusual like that.
