DC's weird. It's legal to possess it but it's illegal to sell it (there is medical sales). But there's places around where you can buy, like, a t-shirt for X amount of money, like say $50. , and they give you a "free gift" of an amount of weed with the shirt (or hat, or whatever). I've never been to one of the places but my kid has, he says it's no problem, but I saw what he got for $50 and it was pretty much a ripoff. Decent enough weed but not much of it. That probably varies from place to place I guess.

Pretty good. Thanks for asking. Still hurts if I do too much but steady progress. It's kinda like waiting for the other shoe to drop, ortho said there's probably a 50/50 chance it will turn arthritic or that I'll develop vascular necrosis (like what happened to Bo Jackson) and need to get the thing replaced but that we won't know for a few more months so in the meantime I'm just trying to get stronger. Walked 2 miles yesterday and also a couple days ago, not the easiest thing but not the worst and no ill effects that I can tell.

What sucks is my other hip is fucked, I knew it hurt a lot but I thought it was muscles/tendons/whatever but when they did the xrays for the left hip it showed the right one was badly degenerated and the doc says a hip replacement is inevitable on the right eventually. Would've been a lot easier if I could have managed to fall on the right side, oh well. I think 2 hip replacements wouldn't be a fun time so I'm hopeful the left will just get better but we'll see.
