^^^^toaster oven at lowest heat for 20 or hair dryer will quicken that.
Any good concentrates yoda will have the young jedi take apart a cart to understand the erl travel path. I will be happy when they perfect a better cart tech. The newer ceramic ones are less likely to just quit firing, and are def more bomber, but I have yet to use one that didn't make the erl taste weird.
I for one look forward to meeting my robot vape overlords.

Legislature votes to delay Mass. marijuana shops

It took less than an hour and about a half-dozen state lawmakers to pass legislation undoing the will of 1.8 million voters expressed just last month.

The House and Senate passed a bill on Wednesday delaying the opening date for recreational marijuana stores in Massachusetts by half a year — from January to summer 2018.

Just two senators were present Wednesday morning, the chamber’s top two lawmakers, Senate President Stanley C. Rosenberg and Republican Minority Leader Bruce Tarr, and passage of the substitute amendment took less than a minute.

“The substitute amendment has to do with a six-month delay in certain provisions of the bill,” Rosenberg explained to a nearly empty Senate chamber, adding that the already-passed Dec. 15 deadline would not be affected.

Less than an hour later in the House, with about five members on hand, passage was even faster, taking seconds. One House member who was in attendance said later that he did not think the measure had been approved.

Formal sessions for the two-year legislative cycle have already ended, and during informal sessions the objection of a single member can derail a legislative measure. But none voiced one Wednesday.

Nevada was all fucktarded like that. Had medical on the books for like 10 years with no way created for people to get it. Finally, people in Vegas just started opening pot shops and defending themselves in court saying that no delivery vehicle existed so someone had to do it. Shit changed fast. The stalling at the state level was indefensible. Better days are ahead...

Exactly - that is the point of setting an aggressive schedule towards rec infrastructure - you never give grey market a chance to get wings. Now no shops for 18 months, but can grow 12 plants per person? That is pretty much asking for trouble.

No, it won't though. Sure, a bunch of people will grow, and gift/sell that to their friends, but the reality is that growing you own is a lot less appealing when you can walk into a store that has 20+ well grown, flushed, cured and tested strains ready for purchase and consumption at a reasonable price. The guy who tokes up at night after he puts the kids to bed and takes 2 months to finish an ounce isn't that interested in having an energy intensive, stinky ass room in his house when there's a store down the street selling the shit.

It's similar to the uptick in homebrewing that coincided with the craft beer craze, sure more people are homebrewing, but there are plenty of beer snobs who aren't interested in doing anything more than seeing what's new down at the LLS.

If they had any real inclination to do it right they would have knocked down or delayed the home grow aspect, and expedited the rec infrastructure. The woman in charge of setting everything up has been chicken little about this for over a year. If they were serious, they would poach someone from CO and get it done like CO, WA, OR - this is just a cock block to never let it happen.
As it stands, people that grow in their house will be subject to search and seizure based on federal law - and although I hope not, I could def see that ramping up in our new "law and order" world.
It is just so fucked up that they can call a star chamber mtg with three shmucks and change a law that was overwhelmingly passed.

I agree, but politicians are greedy and most don't understand what it takes to grow. They probably think it will just grow like a weed. At the same time there will be a lot of people growing and cutting into tax revenue. If I had friends growing I would buy from them over a shop because I am somewhat leery of commercial grows and the chems they're potentially adding. We all have some geeked out weed friends that will A-game the grow. And how will they keep track of 12 plants...won't happen.
