A little late to this dilemma…
She doesn’t look overwatered.
Other than the lowest whorl of leaves, is there much leaf tip burn? I can’t see any to speak of, but hard to see.
Are leaves above the first whorl going pale? If so, that can indicate a nitrogen deficiency. If it’s only the first whorl, I wouldn’t worry - she may have just decided she didn’t need those leaves. But if the next whorl up starts going yellow, I’d replant in new soil or add a little N to your feed.
It wouldn’t hurt to replant in new soil anyway, if nothing else than to eliminate a variable. I usually go with Scott’s Miracle Grow, mostly because nutrient levels are consistent. I’m really digging on airports, but I don’t know if they make them big enough for outdoor grows. We used to sell woven cloth pots - customers liked the ventilation but they weren’t reusable.
May also want to check your water pH. Cannabis seems to do best at 5.5-6.5. Mine comes out of the tap at about 7.8-8.0 so need to add a lot of pH Down.
