Naaa local supplier. Not a dispo... You're right dispensary doesn't sell nice fat nugs like that...

Soon as NY goes legal (hope grow at home) I'm hoping to start a grow. It's been since the 90s last I grew.

Clueless question of the week, where do I get some decent seeds for outdoor use. Gonna give it a shot, what the hell it's legal here.

    cool thanks

edit: whoa, too many choices. Any suggestions for coastal Northeast (similar to Seattle, sometimes a little hotter) summer climate, rookie grower, danker indica the better?

VA quietly legalized in a legislative session. Original target was 2024 but looks like they might move that way up. Curious how it will change things. I’ve lived my whole life in the dark ages and have never had issues getting what I need and for pretty cheap.

Legalization could have been WV’s salvation but they blew it.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

Haha yeah, choices... Who knew. I'm going to start with some seeds a fellow mag sent me recently, if it works I'll go bigger next year. I carved out a small zone in the monster brush pile in the hidden corner of the yard to see what happens.

MT passed a voter initiative to legalize which was super lax, no limits on THC, home growing allowed, etc. Now the GOP goatfucker legislature is going to rewrite the entire thing in a 160-page bill, limiting THC to 30% (so basically no good concentrates) banning home growing, and changing where the tax money goes. Fucking Republicans are such fucking cunts.

There's serious talk of limiting the THC content of cannabis products in Colorado to 15%.

Meanwhile, you can buy tankers with 1000mg of 96% THC distillate in WA for $35, and it doesn't seem to be causing too many problems.

Oh it caused me some problems once when I gave a GF a bit too big of a glob on a hot springs trip a few years ago. I'm not sure if she was more pissed off about the fact that she was wasted for 8+ hours, or that I was able to function more or less normally after taking a similar dose.

    That's awfully funny in hindsight.

Yeah but she was fine in the end, right? The same way I was after taking 150+ milligrams from one of those things when I first got one, thinking it had 100mg total rather than 1000mg. But yeah, there was a few hours where I thought I was getting sucked into a black hole.

    Waaaa?
Ive been almost exclusively dabbing for years.
Still like the flower, but this would be bad.

Currently looking at some cold cured solventless batter that has one of the best taste profiles I've experienced and is testing @ 84%.
My dispensary regularly has HCFSE testing at 96-99% (and still some nice flavor).

Not to mention that almost all commercial flower already tests higher than 15%.

Can't have people having too much of a good time now, can we? I've definitely been past the event horizon a few times.

Have any other UTard mags gotten their medical card yet?
I got fed up dealing with Snapchat gen Z dealers.
Had my card for a few months now and it's very convenient I love being able to pick certain strains now but holy fuck the "pharmacy" prices are insane.
Lots of $50 to $60 eights, $90 1 gram vape carts, no concentrates except for RSO syringes that are $120 for a 1 gram. Fucking insane.
Better than no MMJ program I guess but its evident the State / Church intentionally made this program as shitty as possible.
8 growers for the whole state, fucking ridiculous.

ehh it's just supply is super low. more and more growers are coming onboard and it's getting better as it goes

look for products by tryke or utah cannabis company. beehive is pretty good, with $45 1/8ths that are tasty. not amazing prices, but when you factor in no tax, it's cheaper than wendover for sure.

concentrates are similarly tricky but i've seen decent deals there, too.

Yes when Tryke rolls through I'm able to get $30 to $35 popcorn bud 1/8ths. Not too bad but that literally lasts on the menu for a couple days.

Then everyone moves to the $45 Tryke 1/8ths, those last on the menu for about another week.
Then after that it's mostly $55 to $60 1/8ths for quite a few weeks.

The Fruit of Life carts at Beehive are very excellent, $88 for a 1 gram though.
Lehi dispensary is selling HALF Gram Select Elite carts for $70. Come on, wtf.

Deep Roots in Wendover is thee shit though, amazing selection. Your Utah medical card gets you 15% off and then you pay half in (Tax 10.5%) that makes high quality concetrates pretty reasonable for this area ($44ish out the door for a 1 gram). 1 OZ bud jars for $230ish.
Hopefully it gets better but yeah seems to be a supply issue.
