Like if I dont want to invest 500 bucks+ in a setup for a few plants should i not bother?
We finish 4 plants in a $200 harbor freight greenhouse but you don’t even need it.

Start them under cheap fluorescents and here in Eug we can get two harvests a season if we push it although we haven’t even bothered doing that the last two years.

We unfortunately take shitty care of them. Let them wilt numerous times. Just make sure they don’t get pests and you are cool.

But our neglect does not seem to matter-> they get massive and we harvest so much we give half of it away. I use a pax and go thru about a 1/2 oz to a oz a week.

LOL!! What a dude. "I don't know if this is just because it's the first dab I've done in 4-5hrs. but oh man I can really feel it". <shakes head>
You can get an electric nail but a blow torch allows the banger to cool down for optimal flavor.

Get it red hot and then let it cool for 50 seconds or so. Gotta learn your banger.

glowing red hot glass, doesn't sound like much of an improvement.

I got a nice oil/concentrate pen from KandyPens (which incidentally set off an alarm with my bank and they froze my card citing "unusual activity" I had to call and confirm that yes I had placed an order with KandyPens). If I get a wild hair I can use my vape for rosin/resin/shatter etc. etc. Right now I'm just using it for high CBD oil (Sour Tsunami) but I did order a couple of extra tanks so I can switch out. Maybe I'll pick up a tanker of Cherry Pie for fun. I am interested in Chocolope but the only form I can get it in around here is live resin. Obviously I have the tool to consume live resin but I'm not sure I want to go there. Even with 3 stores, selection is very limited when it comes to concentrates at least with regard to strains I'm interested in trying.

    Pen came with:

All-Quartz Crystal Chamber w/Dual Quartz Rods
All-Quartz Coil-less Crystal Chamber (No Combustion)
    .5 ML Glass E-liquid/Oil Tank

I’ve cleaned it once since last December but it could stand to be cleaned now. I use it on the lowest setting and only hit it till the herb turns tan.

Most people I know have it at a high temp and hit it till the wed turns dark beer bottle brown and theirs are much dirtier.

LOL! He needs to take a hit before he tests the product! What is with that glass vape he used? No torching a nail? I'm guessing it has something to do with the hose attached to the bowl.

I've read that with titanium that you need to be careful with the alloys - won't last as long. Unfortunately manufacturers don't disclose the alloy.

    All these coughing videos. WTF?

It would be helpful if he'd said what temps he started at and where he ended.

    Stoners.

    Thanks!

It’s interesting that the pax3s minimal temp @360°f is too high for many things listed there.

But luckily I’m going for CBDs so 360° is about optimal.

Agreed on the "pre-game" hit, a bit much for sure but he appears to do it in all his videos. No torch = enai/electric nail.

Full credit to reddit.com/u/daltesean for temp specs/profile set up for the SaiTi with Poseidon V2 bubbler...
"This is my Current Daily Driver Setup and I own it all. If I had to condense down to only the essentials this is what I would get.
Top airflow Sai in titanium (this includes the bucket)
Poseidon V2 (bubbler for the bucket)
    Espion 200W in Gun metal
2 Sony VTC5A 18650 batteries (Light Green wrapper)
    2 Samsung 30Q 18650 (Pink Wrapper)
External 18650 battery charger (2 or 4 bay)
The extra set of batteries and external charger are completely optional but I would never want to live without a spare set. I just swap out the sets, so I always have a fully charged mod with zero fuss. I use two different types of batteries that are different colors to ensure they stay properly married, you can also order 4+ of the same type and just label them with perm marker or even rewrap them.
When you first get the Sai you will want to remove all the manufacturing oils by boiling it for a few min (Only the TAF sai parts, not the mod or battery of course), soak in 99% iso while hot (not the o-rings) for a few min, boil for a few min in fresh water to remove iso and then dry completely before using.
Take GREAT care in the assembly order putting it back together!
Flash Red Panda to the Mod. (Mac or Windows)
Set to TCR315, 40W, 320-380°F and lock your resistance in a 68° room 0.65-0.70Ω ( Picos reads at 0.704 generally, mods with better chips run round 0.65) (Fight the urge to play with it before programming it!!! Many people try it in wattage to just try it and melt the coil.)
Tightly screw bucket into coil. (needs to be tight or heat transfer will not work)
Screw the Sai base onto your mod.
Lightly screw the coil with the bucket attached into the base until it makes contact the base. (Over tighten this and you will crack the donut under the bucket, or if you tighten the coil into the base then attach to the mod you will break the coil.)
Then keep it clean by lowering the temp to 200, fire the mod while wiping out with a qtip until all the residue is removed from the bucket. Then run a qtip under water and drip it in the bucket until there is 2-3 drops in there then fire the mod while scrubbing and the boiling action will deglaze all the carbon build up, then wipe the outside o-ring area with the boiling hot qtip end to clean that area up. if you stay on-top of it minor cleaning takes about 30 seconds."

Agreed that mfg disclosure is vague but getting better. HVT finally released their Ti reports.

Don't do it half assed. Buy good seeds and soil, germinate and then get going under fluorescent lights. Once about 4"-5" high transplant in a bigger pots and put under the grow lights or outside.
I use a 400 or 600 watt ballast for early and late in the day with the plants outside while warm or inside for winter grows.
You will need to buy nutrients for the plants and it is best to have an extra room in the house to do your grow.
I bought the 2 ballasts second hand with a grow tent for about $300. Spend another $200 on additional bulbs and other supplies to get the grow room pimped out.
Our last grow of 6 plants was over a lb of really good bud. Present grow is only 4 plants and will likely yield about 10 oz's of quality bud. At $200 an oz, I think growing your own is the smart way to go. So ya, do it right.

Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.
