Yup. This whole administration is a 4 decade step backwards. Heads up their asses. I could truly care less if they all mysteriously vanished from the earth.

They will just vanish from office, in about 3 years. Fucktards.

Embrace that shit, and you get some left support. Stupid.

I think Sessions was just a wily old politician who played Trump like the amateur he is. Showed up, acted like a tough guy, agreed with everything Big Orange said, kissed the ring... then got appointed, and immediately stopped giving a shit about Trump's agenda, and started using his position to push his own agenda.

Trying to mess with States' rights to run their own MMJ laws will be his downfall tho. Not because of MMJ, but because of States Rights.

I have the stainless. As it turns out the silicone mouth piece made for hotter pulls, it insulated the metal and didn't allow the heat to dissipate. Not sure about the difference between the Titanium as far as usability, just that it would be lighter overall.

There's also this thing called Rohrabacher-Farr (now Rohrabacher-Blumenhauer) Amendments. Congress prohibits DOJ and DEA from using federal money to go after MMJ growers, retailers, users, etc. it's part of the budget, and has broad bipartisan support.

Yes, but the administration is scrambling for strategies to gut, repeal or issue an executive order to get that little detail out of the way.

I had to take a just in case stance and sold off my pot stocks today as they started dropping.
Hopefully, both the stocks and Sessions both bottom out and I can buy at bargain prices before the stocks rage up to new heights. And Sessions resigns.

And yet, nothing has happened to crack down. Just more of the Trump Dog method - bark, snarl, then run away.

The Keebler Elf has not rescinded the Cole Memorandum. In fact he says it's valid and los federales don't have the resources to go after state-compliant participants. See https://www.leafly.com/news/politics...ources-limited

The Rohrabacher-Farr Amendments are baked into the last budget bill that passed thru House, Senate and POTUS - can't rescind that by Executive Order. There's too many states with legal MMJ for Congress to not continue.

And even if they tried, they would prove as incompetent with a cannabis crackdown as they have with every other thing they've attempted to-date.

Keep calm and burn on. And Vape on

Speaking of which, I like the G-pen flower Vape. It was a gift from a very generous maggot, and many maggots have shared in its goodness. It heats fast, temp is adjustable, battery life is reasonable and it works well in the cold.

Yes, it would appear so. It also appears that Trumpy's head is going to explode and then his heart (if he has one) will implode...dead. Buh bye!

Marijuana companies could soon face major upheaval at federal level

    By John Schroyer

Life could get a lot harder for the marijuana industry in the next two months, with advocates warning that a pair of cannabis business-protecting federal policies could be in serious jeopardy. At issue is what action the federal government may take involving the precarious 2013 Cole Memo and expiring Rohrabacher-Farr Amendment. The 2013 Cole Memo has guided many state-level marijuana regulations – especially on the recreational cannabis side – and the Rohrabacher-Farr Amendment protects MMJ companies from federal prosecution.

But there are fears that anti-cannabis members of the Trump administration could take aim at those legal protections and, in turn, marijuana businesses. “It’s almost back to where we were in 2009, where all I was doing was federal risk mitigation,” said Charles Feldmann, a Colorado-based cannabis attorney and former Drug Enforcement Administration agent.

    The situation

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been vocal about his opposition to marijuana and earlier this year set a July 27 deadline for a Department of Justice task force to make policy recommendations that include cannabis. The DOJ’s public affairs office didn’t respond to requests for clarification on whether the task force’s conclusions will be made public.

But those recommendations could lead Sessions to jettison the Cole Memo, a nonbinding set of DOJ policies laid out during the Obama administration in response to the 2012 recreational marijuana legalization in Colorado and Washington state.

Because the Cole Memo wasn’t set into federal law by Congress, Sessions can toss it at any time. And that’s what several industry observers expect to happen....

Just grabbed a DaVinci IQ. Was planning on the PAX, but the guy at the store swayed me towards this one. I like the ceramic pathways and especially the replaceable rechargeable battery. We'll see how it goes...

Nice! Report back on that please. 18650 is a great battery platform and you can get a nice three battery USB charge block and be covered for vapage and charging gear. There are a few nice and light 18650 headlamps that are 1000 lumens plus.

I hear people are making a run for sanctuary states

And here is an article about reefer and crime without the madness from our fake news friends in WA

    http://www.thenewstribune.com/news/l...163750293.html

Since voters approved Initiative 502, FBI crime statistics show lower rates of violent crime in Washington than before legalization. According to the FBI data, in 2011 there were 295.6 violent offenses reported per 100,000 Washington residents. In 2015, the most recent full year of data available, that rate had fallen to 284.4 violent offenses per 100,000 people.

Other data compiled by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs showed some fluctuations in violent crime rates but still found no statistically significant increase. According to those reports, in 2012 there were 3.6 violent offenses per 1,000 state residents. In 2016, the state’s violent crime rate was 3.3 offenses per 1,000 people.

The downturn in violent crime in Washington is in line with national trends. A Pew Research Center analysis of the FBI data found that nationwide, the rate of reported violent crimes in 2015 was roughly half what it was in 1993.

Still, Washington’s violent crime rate in 2015 was substantially lower than the national rate, according to the FBI data.
