Yeah, it was passed at the end of May. I don't know the red tape bs of politics, but one would assume it would have to be written up all nice like and then get to his desk.

I am currently in an open return ticket situation with my 2nd PAX 2. First one had to be returned and now the replacement is doing the same thing roughly a year later. I am not even using it as my daily driver. Maybe 3 fills a week. It overheats and shuts itself off.

I am going to request a PAX 3 as a replacement, but don't know if the issue carries over until i have one to use.

Otherwise they've been ok to deal with on a return basis, little slow, but hey they're probably stoners. I have also been happy with the performance of the PAX, but question its longevity. Its a pretty pricey unit to have fail roughly 1 time every 1.5 years.

update on my PAX 2. They will NOT upgrade me. I am disappointed in this. I have had 2 devices fail within 3 years (will be a total of about 15 days without the vape), and they can't even eat the cost of an upgrade? Good thing they have a 10 year warranty, they seem to need it.

Once i get the replacement you might find it in gearswap for cheap. I jut wanna cover the cost of the Grasshopper that I will replace it with.

Oh well....off to a competitor. I sent probably 15 people their way to buy vapes too...I know thats not a TON, but I won't be passing their name along anymore.

Just my experience and .02 The customer service is good enough, but I think lacks the sparkle it should have for the "iphone of vapes".

they dont have the mutpieces in stock unfortunately it was on my list though. The high flow mouthpiece for stainless wasnt in stock either. do you use titanium or stainless? I wonder which gets hotter? I am also including another battery.
