    FC-M980 XTR crank removeal?

I'm ordering rings and parts for this crank, and dont have it in front of me, but do you need anything strange to remove them?

just open the 5mm bolts on the non-drive side crank arm, spin off the crank arm fixing bolt, and remove the driveside crank from the BB?

and the BB is the same as other external ones for shape?

Removal of crank, yes. Spindle is attached to drive side crank, I like a rubber mallet to use on the end of the spindle once the left crank is removed.

Bottom Bracket compatibility is Hollowtech II - same as Race Face's X-Type, but different than the also-common SRAM/Truvativ GXP (Giga-X-Pipe).

they are normal BCD, but have different offsets, like how the 22/24t xtr m970 had a different offset than xt/everything else.
