ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 FEET ARE EXPECTED AT LAKE LEVEL...WITH 5
TO 8 FEET ABOVE 7000 FEET. WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH AT LAKE
LEVEL...AND ABOVE 100 MPH OVER THE RIDGES...WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY AT TIMES.
