Have a room for rent in a 3bd 1bath A Frame in the middle of town.
Month to Month starting Oct. 1st
$300 a month, or $380 a month for 2 people

Upstairs east facing room with a window, small closet insert and part of a bigger
closest shared with the other room upstairs

3 other people in house 2 guys and a girl

Heat is by wood burning stove and we have about 3+ cords cut and stacked on the patio.

Utilities this summer on average were about $22 a month including WIFI
You will also have to pay a small deposit

We don't party in the house.

We ideally want to meet you before you move in.

We climb, hike, bike, and snowboard, also do some XC skiing and b/c stuff and would like to live with like minded people
