Best iPod case for skiing, mtb, etc - Otterbox oPod - pics inside

so you cough up a few hundred clams of an iPod and don't want to break it while ripping up deep pow? neither did I.

check it...the Otterbox oPod case (fits 3g and 4g models). It's $55 clams but that comes with peace of mind.

shockproof, dustproof, very water resistant....and the plastic covers let you change the music with the click-wheel.

I chose green. Looks good with the white.

iPod sits snugly in back, resting on foam. Absolutely no gaps.

Headphone cable is held in place with rubber thingy. They supply a few diff. ones depending on your earphones. I like the Sony in-ear ones.

Put the top piece on and snap it shut. Your nizzle won't fizzle with the rubber o-ring gasket seal. Comes with a belt carrier but those are for dorks. I took mine off.

Safe and sound, you can now see your tunes and work all the controls. Doesn't work with gloves, tho. I think it's a heat/electrical thing.

very stylie and good protection. check it oot.

Is there plastic over the screen? My screen on my last one was scratched like a mother.

Looks like a nice case! I loved my ipod for skiing.

yes, it has a rubber cover over the screen to protect it. Sometimes gets covered with condensation but that's on the outside and not on the inside, wipe it and it's readable.

Nice! Is that a belt loop thingy on the back - or where do you carry it?

neat, looks a lil long but it's better than having a rusted ipod e.g. mine.
