Am planning a trip down. Thinking about skiing the volcanoes. Than was planning on having my son meet me down there for his Christmas break. He has been trying to learn to surf. Was thinking maybe a VRBO for a week or two on the beach than the Galopogos.
Does Montanita fit the bill.

Cotopaxi didn't look like a good ski.
If you go the Galapagos, do a live-aboard or otherwise don't get stuck on one island.

yes the volcanoes may be a little short on vert. Could still be the best turns I get in November.
