Paging stoy
pretty much everything is open. if it snows a lot, some of the gates will close, but they are pretty good about opening stuff up quickly. Every gate was open on Monday, so nothing is yet to open for the season or anything.
The only lift that hadn't opened by yesterday was wildcat (no loss, since you can get to all the same terrain from other lifts... not that you'd want to), but they were packing snow into the loading area with a snowcat, so it should be open soon.
Conditions are good. Coverage is excellent to acceptable, depending on wind deposition and elevation. About the only thing that could really use more base is the last bit of outrun from noname/etc. It's not bad, but there are still tons of little shrubs and such at the bottom.
Have Backpack post the huck pics from Monday (if he hasn't already).![]()
It was very soft in several areas.
I want a 6" travel 20lb MTB. I found the 20lb MTB, but only good for riders under 87 pounds.

I've got to use the brace for another 1-2 weeks, then they'll pull out the pins.
I hope to improve faster after that.
