Spooky, thinking about heading out there early tomorrow morning from Calgary. Let me know of you want a ride. Wouldn't mind a riding partner too for the day.

^^^ sweet video. Odd camera angle, though. It looks really back seat the entire time, but like I said, I think it is just the camera angle. Looks like fun. Off wawa ridge?

i thought thats how the pros ski? I actually think its the go pro setting that makes it worse. camera was side mounted before i got run over ( my fault ) and then on top.

Good you took it off the side mount, as your helmet was blocking some of the view - and that is just annoying. I don't have that issue with my footage, yet (knock on wood), but I have put together a total of one video. Maybe angle the camera upwards more?

Serious snow this weekend. I'm gonna try and get over the border today before it gets closed.

I guess you've got that camp this weekend... Should be epic. I'll try and stop by.

Oh ya: Nice work Lamothe looks like you've skied a few moguls in the fall line!

Holy shit, Revy is going to get pounded. Pass was closed earlier this morning as was Hwy 1 east. Enjoy that! Let's hope some of that sneaks across and dumps on us.

For the second time this year an trucker wrecked at Enchanted Forest as we were setting up to close the highway for avalanche control at Three Valley. Perhaps next time we should just wait for another trucker to wreck there and do the avalanche control after he has blocked the highway for us!

Looks like more snow fell down low last night at my house then up on the hill. I hate when that happens. Why can't this 20+ be up there!!!

Well Fernie sucked today.... lots of rain as the freezing level rose, and busier than I've ever seen it. None of the terrain up top got opened up, so I don't know if it will be any better, but the lower mountain is like skiing through a meter of cement.

Time to pull the 'chute and head to Castle - hopefully it was a bit colder today over there.
