Yup...that's me, we'll try not to blind anyone with our retina searing jackets.

Anne Julie and I will be up there probably for first chair. Sounds like you might be a little after us. Still wearing an orange jacket/black helmet. Anne Julie in brownish jacket/grey helmet. We'll keep an eye out. What are you wearing this year?

Our terrain is like a mini Lake Louise with some cool little hikes/traverses that keeps the less talanted away. Great hill and I hope I get a chance to show you around. Are you staying in town overnight? If I can't ski at least I can make sure you make the right dinning / accom choices.
Hiking to get to the goods is fine by us. Just prefer to keep it under 15 min when I'm paying for a ticket.

We're pretty flexible, so the 24/25 works for us. Just a little worried about that rain they are calling for late next week. I know that's a long ways away, but still scary to see 4 degrees and rain in January. Maybe it will be snow at the hill. Probably leaning more towards the 24/25 as of now. We are going to drive up Monday after work, stay Tuesday, drive home after skiing Wednesday.

Found a wicked deal at the Tonquin on a room/lift ticket deal, so planning on staying there. Heard good things about Evil Dave's for food, but wide open to suggestions.

Don't let this guy fool you... he rips. I'm pretty sure he'll make me look bad and he's only skied a few days this year so far.
Goal: ski in the 2018/19 season

    Awe shucks...

The only reason I was going so fast was because my damn goggles kept fogging...

Mines gotten so much UV that I think fashion designers would now call it "salmon". Can I still come to the party?

I wasn't there though and of course that's just second hand from one perspective.

I think this may have been the group of three that followed our skin track Sunday. Hopefully everyone is ok? We were having lunch in the trees below on the first slide and talked a bit after before skinning with them for a short bit. On our way out we came across their second slide and saw their tracks heading out of the debri. We also noted one person must have been atleast partially buried as there was a dig zone.

Gotta love "Moderate" ratings...Be careful out there!

Check out the incident reports...there's quite a spike in the area on the 7th when things were "moderating". Moderate in the rockies = watch your ass for sure. Not = to green light conditions.

T2C, did we get a confirmation from Sentinel, Backscratcher, and Mntlion/Skibee that they are okay with paying in full this week, and no refunds?

If so, maybe let your KH contact know how we've decided to do this, get us a final $ figure, and then we can start phoning in. Deadline Friday this week?

Sentinel and Backscratcher confirmed...Funny how most people going to the camp (including myself) are "Training" so too not be the weak link.

Hang on, is this a ski camp or a ski comp?

I'm training by eating nachos and drinking beers to prepare for the après ski.

Was up there the day after you and didn't see anything. Though I'm surprised Mex didn't randomly stumble on it like he did with his ski....

Nothing wrong with WMM for a free program.
I have tried a bunch after Pinnacle being my favorite and Adobe Premiere 10 seems the best IMHO....for now.

    ^ I wish!

Should be good but maybe a bit scant on base to bring your rock skis if you hit the chutes.
