^Well done! Reminds me of the Golden RCMP (all 35 of them). Ah the joys of being a training centre for all the wet behind the ear rookies from depot...

Pretty sweet surprise pow day at the Lake today. Been skiing boottop fresh all day with no one here.
Flying the Bluehouse colors in Western Canada! Let me know if you want some rad skis!!

It's still puking, so as long as temps are mild I'd say yes.

Today was sweet indeed. Almost fucked up and high sided on skiers left of Starbucks...started sliding akwardly and started the running out of time countdown but thank fuckfully was able to get my skis back under me. Nothing like having your own virtually private ski hill.

I have a bunch of $20 off coupons for Lake Louise if anyone needs them. Need a pass holder to redeem them but I might be there in the a.m. Still trying to decide....

    They expire on the 6th.

Do you know if it's compatible with the $25 day pass with KH season pass deal? I kinda doubt it, but that would be sweet!

Gees, why don't they just pay you to come to their hill... No they are not. The other coupons are $20 off regular prices. I have a couple too if anybody needs them, but I assume most people on here have a pass for somewhere, and can get a better deal.

As Gripen said, good day today. Was Puking pretty hard at 2:30 when we left, so should be good tomorrow too.

Kicking Horse announced their local prices today $659. You have to buy it in person at the resort before June 16/12 and prove Golden or Area A residence.

Actually it is Friday to Sunday, so three extra days. Good on them.

In summer news, the early bird prices for a bike park pass are posted for KH and Fernie. $199 at either place, or both hills for $229. + tax

You may continue to speak of this "summer"-whatchamacallit on May 31st at exactly 1600 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

..I think the CDN Roll Call thread might be dead? Still a solid month left ya wankers. Anyhow, probably my last check in as no one seems to be home.

Cloudy precip-y night made for a weak freeze over night. Just enough to carry, but will probably be worse if cloudy again tonight and warm tommorrow might make it shitty. Pulled the plug on the way up a couloir today on 93N. Actually got worse with elevation. Was able to gently poke my hand through the "crust" and could no longer trust it would carry on skis so bailed but had a nice run down to treeline non the less. FYI took a look at Grand Daddy on the way through at 6am and lots of simultanious sluffs were pouring down the cliffs in the immediate area. Pretty quiet day up there, RV tourist traffic season has started.

Where the fuck is this couloir that's supposed to be around here some where??

    ...ahh there it is

    I can see again...sweet

    Some nice turns lower down

Daaaaack...fucking color banding from the compression on the photo's...oh well will leave as is.

Guess that's about it? ....might post up some tr's over the next month on the main page if this doesn't pick up again.

Nice to hear you got out. Stopped by to see sentinal last night and he said he wasn't sure what you guys were doing today. No need to bail on the thread, some of us lurk and read the stoke, cause we cannot do what you do, so we live life vicariously through you and everyone else that posts stoke.
Besides, you cannot leave this thread until you post up the damn "campothon" video! Like WTF man!
    Man, It was great...

FHR last weekend. Took the big camera for a walk. French Fingers looked nice. Must have just missed the crew that skied them. Did one dude walk in on crampons? Sorta understand why, but still kinda weird.

    The classic shot:

Don't kill the stoke! I'll be returning the favour soon with a season edit of KH. I've got all summer to kick myself over including crappy footage, so I'm taking my time with it to make sure that doesn't happen.

    What's with the English lingo?

Don't stop. It's still being read and appreciated. Just too busy (and slightly injured) to return the stoke at the moment. There are edits in the pipeline though and I still have my eye on a couple lines should the conditions fall into place.
