I think you may have stumbled onto a great business idea, if we can convince the rest of the country to follow Ontarios lead and legalize brothels a "full-service" lube place could be a gold mine.

Nice work skian, looks like you guys nailed it for conditions.

Looks a little more full of snow than when we were there.

Feeling a little envious after seeing your pics, thanks for taking the time to share them.

^^^ I remembered your TR from 2007. A classic. Never made the connection until it was linked in this thread.

Go back when your boys are older and do it again!

    Good job, Skian. Nice photos.

Apparently Golden locals get an additional discount on the KH pass. Just have to call and ask for it, it's not advertised. Sneaky bastards.

Blue starting out, then a cloud ceiling just low enough to obscure the higher summits (we were just at the cusp of the bottom of the cloud layer), some wind, then blue again. Can't say i'll be crossing Bow Lake again in the afternoon heat...not a big fan of having my heels and tails punch through surface ice, and not sure that Mex is a fan of stabbing his pole through it without feeling an undersurface when skating along. Probably just a layer but fuck that noise...no one can say there isn't a thin spot in some areas. It's been fucking mild, then a warm snap followed by rain.

Skiing was great. Powy up top and perfect corn lower down.

    Brought the camera....

So, my timing needs some work. I was up at Parkers on saturday, went up the ridge to ski some ice around 11, then met up with some guys to go biking, then went up again at 7:30pm to ski.. more refreeze. Damnit!

not that any of you care wot a sledneck has to say ...
but I'm pleased to say, it doesn't matter if its blower or slush,
hucking my sled is orsum !!!

god damn I've bent and broken just about every part on my sled,
but after 115 days on my sled, thats not overly surprising the way I play the game o life.
I just got back from 4 days at our own private cabin. it was yet another solo mission.
and 5 nites in the last 6 nites at this orsum little cabin. I only came back coz I ran out of grog. my sled is a sports utiliy and it carries plenty of gas and 2 cartons of beer no prob-lemo. and i'll be back there soon.
a beer and a sunset at 2550m then 7 mins back to the cabin, how does life get better.

    BRRRrrrrrAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAp !!!

    yes i still occassionally snowboard.

but I still haven't taken my storage wax off my split board
We, the RATBAGGERS, formally axcept our duty is to trigger avalaches on all skiers ...

Louise is adding on a bonus weekend. So the closing will be the 12th and 13th pretty sweet considering the place only has like 2 significant bare spots on the lower mountain.
