What's this rain shit?

Last time I checked I was not supposed to have green grass in the middle of winter. Since when is it okay to have rain storms in Wisconsin right now? Any other midwesterners getting sick of it? 5 or 10 years ago we had snow all winter long, now we're lucky to have it for a week. Instead of skiing on snow we got ice crystals the size of diamonds. I can't complain too much though, because prior to this past week we have had super nice and cold temperatures. Damn though, what crawled up mother natures ass to give us this kind of weather.
