    Buying surfboards - look here

Sorry if it's a repost, most of the guys on here that truly surf won't need this but seems there are some people crossing over into surfing and are newer to the sport.

If you are buying boards and are anywhere near surf, then look here

    http://www.boardlocker.com

You can search by city name and pull up all adds, lots of craigslist adds on here. But it is searchable, surf jongs use it

It's all craigslist ads and no more searchable than craigslist (i.e. can't search by length). Why bother with a site that justs agregates craigslist crap without the craigslisters permission?

Looks like more than just craistlist to me. Some of these are older posts but still looks like it pulls from craigslist, boardlocker and surfboardshack at a minimum

I could be a craigslist Jong But board locker also gives you a preview pic so you don't have to waste your time and open the post to tell if it's a beater

It's the same as craigslist. You search local, meet up, surf, exchange board and cash.

I have ordered custom from sharp eye for years and I realize most guys that surf won't need that link. But some of the questions on this forum about surfing are beyond basic. The new guys need to search until they know what board they truly want or need. An online search like above will help their learning curve of what options are out there and avoid the repeated questions

Just to be clear, I'm not suggesting it for everyone. Mainly people that don't know where to even start looking. If no one needs the link then no worries, let the thread die
