EDIT: for winky.
I'm a huge fan of Look/Rossi bindings. I have the P14's on my Spats and love them, although you'll have to do some serious bending to get even the fattest Look brakes to fit these skis (Look fat breaks are 110mm, Spats are about 125mm underfoot). For sheer ease of getting brakes, Salomon is the way to go, but after have Solly's on my Pocket Rockets, I much prefer the feel of Look binders.
To ski them, just play around, find things to slide sideways on, do on the snow 360's at 25mph down groomers, slarve powder. There isn't a good or bad way to ski these things. In powder and crud, they're a dream, but they do have a speed limit. They start to feel a bit wobbly going real fast, even in smooth snow. They are also an amazing tree ski because they dont have tips or tails to hang up on stuff and you can scrub speed so easily. Hope this helps a bit. Enjoy them, they're a sick ride in the right snow.

deep breath taken. Now I need to track down a drill bit that can handle it and a facking huge jig and also majorly modify a look wide break.
Re: the wide jig.
Get a piece of 1/4" acrylic about 3-1/2" wide x 16" long, scratch a center line on it, and then clamp it in a Look/Rossi Pivot jig. Drill the holes for your shell size and then use this template to layout your Spats.
If you work off of the centerline. all should go well.
ps you will ski this ski much more than you think you are right now.
