Bunch o rich bitches around here.

    Bud Light, in a can.

Occasional liquor store run for the good stuff, Hop Rising as of late.
More liquor than beer these days to keep my girlish figure.

Why'd you pick the most expensive Macro? Seriously, I don't get Bud. It's several $ more than miller or coors around here and those are several more $ than Hamms

All the same price around me. Prefer BL over CL. Not a Miller fan, MGD back in the day got old.

    $18.99 a 30 pack.

There's too many choices here in Beervana to have only one "go-to" beer, and life is too short to drink crappy macro adjunct beer.

    My list of stand-bys:
For a dark beer, Deschutes obsidian stout or black butte porter.
For a light beer, mirror pond or Full Sail's LTD 03. Yes, I'm lumping an ale with a lager here - sue me.
For an amber, Alaskan, Fat Tire or Ninkasi's Believer
For a Big Beer, Hair of the Dog's Adam - 10% ABV and 50 IBU
I'm not an IPA lover, but wouldn't turn down a free Ninkasi Total Domination.

Never drink tap beer in Golden. Never.

Tonight it was Miller High Life.

That shit was extra on sale.
Most times though my go to is the beer I make myself. I got a little lazy with beer making this summer being so busy so now I am paying for beer and waiting for mine to carb.

Lately my "go to" is whatever seasonal Variety 12 pack Harpoon is selling. Decent price point ($12 - $14) around here and I just like having four different great tasting brews to choose from. They just rolled out the fall version w/ a reg IPA, a Rye IPA, a pumpkin ale and an Octoberfest. The summer variety 12 was pretty sweet as well.
Damn, we're in a tight spot!

I happened to be out and about last night and had a few of these:

While not quite ready to deam it worthy of "go to" status, it was pretty fuckin tasty.
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Deschutes Green Lakes or Dale's Pale Ale if I'm in the mood for a pale

Breck Brew's 471 IPA or Uinta's Dubhe Imperial Black IPA for the most part.

^^^ Can't deny its awesomeness, just wish the Dub was less spendy. It vanishes from the fridge way too quick at that price. I'm enjoying their expanding distribution, that's for sure.

It's $8.99 where I go for a 4 pack. 471 is $12 I think. In any case, I always justify the price by saying that's (almost) the price of one of those bitches at a restaurant, or the price of just two nasty ass fat tires at a restaurant, or the same price as 4 horrendous coors lights.

Union jack in Louisville. Lots of craft beers at as reasonable price as they can. 22's of arrogant bastard $4.69, $2.89 ranger ipa, they get a batch of Pliny every five weeks and sell it for $6, Gubna 4 pack is still $14.50. Liquor prices are higher than daveco and wine selection is much better at brass monkey next to the king soopers that's kiddie corner. Found an '05 Jordan cab sauv there for $50 that rocked my world.

The Bozone one so there is a reason to brave that black hole of humanity. Also, Bent Nail IPA for 24.99.

I'm still trying to find a good store for beer here.

Founders Centennial is routinely on sale @ $15 for a 15 pack. That’s a fantastic value for a good beer, at least around here. It’d be my current go-to even if it wasn’t also well priced, but throw that in and it’s really no contest.

Something else has to be pretty interesting to get my dollar.
    focus.
