    Steam Mill Peak 12-23-04

Stoy and I left the car at 8am with -20 F temps at Swan Flat and -10 F at Franklin Basin. Brrrrrrrrrrr, cold start.

Skied a couple laps on Steam Mill Peak with Stoy and a pack of dogs (Bonnie, Clyde, and Fritz).

Video is 3.5 minutes and 7mb.

    Nice,

I sure hope it's a bit warmer tomorrow. I'm headed to Red Pine.

Well...thats about as hard a life should be! I'll be joining anyone going out those days as well. 5am departure to the Tushars for 3 days, just me and the pups. Be back sunday night and could be looking to get out on the 27th as well.

If its as cold then as it is now, I might be taking two sets of skins.

Heres some beta..from car to peak: 4 miles, 2500' vert.

    Thumbs up

A very big THANKS for the vid post!!!

While I'm sitting around healing, the ski stoke felt very good.
I want a 6" travel 20lb MTB. I found the 20lb MTB, but only good for riders under 87 pounds.

Excellent pup footage. The skiing wasn't bad either. Thanks!
