any of you guys heard of a Volkl Karma shortage in North America at the moment?
I ordered a pair of them from Sportliquidator back in a while ago they are still not delivered! I've been told there is a shortage of them in North America, with Volkl not being able to fill all the orders...has anyone heard anything like that?

There is a Volkl anything shortage right now. The Gotamas were completely sold out at the factory last I heard. Wouldn't surprise me if it's the same story with Karmas.

Such is the price of making sought after skis... I barely got my Gotamas and I ordered them in mid september. I ended up taking a set of display models with slight scratches on em for a slight discount.

Not that I'd recommend buying skis from them but REI in Redmond WA had rackfuls of Gotamas last weekend.

FYI,
I got my karmas from sports den in utah.....you could also try christies....
Also, I spoted a pair of 190 and 180 gotamas in steamboat at strightline sports if anyone is interested.

lombardis in san francisco had like 5 or 6 pair of karmas sitting around. they also had a couple pair of 176 gotamas and a pair of 183s. *shrugs* so much for shortages.
